Alberto Amura is originally from Argentina but has lived in the United States for the past 19 years. After settling in Los Angeles, CA, Alberto was provided an opportunity to move to Taos, New Mexico where he has been a  resident since 1999. Since his early adolescent years Alberto has always had an affinity for Eastern spiritual philosophies and occult doctrines. In 1982 he joined Paramahansa Yogananda’s meditation path.

Alberto is an avid reader and researcher in the field of metaphysics, subtle energies, dowsing, and Alchemy. He is an active dowser specializing in “energies dowsing” and is an active member of the American Society of Dowsers. He has also completed a full training in Biogeometry (the power and applications of symbols and sacred geometry in spaces), and taken numerous workshops on spiritual energy techniques. Additionally, Alberto is a Alberto is a Certified Reiki Master practitioner.

Alberto completed most of his studies in Argentina. These studies include, Industrial Chemistry, Biology and Science in Education, and Art.  In Argentina he taught biology and the didactic of sciences in high school and college until moving to the US in 1986 where he continued his activities in education and science.  In Taos, he has held positions as head master of the Yaxche School (private elementary school) and director of the division of Alternative Designs and Materials for Dharma Living Systems, Inc. He has just started his own consulting and services business in the areas of education, dowsing, applied Biogeometry & healing elements in interior design, environmentally safe materials and chemicals, and water revitalization through the Grander  technology. As a professional artist, he is a member of the Taos Society of Watercolorists.
